Nutex
cake flour
salt
baking powder
sugar
butter -- melted
milk
eggs -- (4 1/2 qts)
vanilla
lemon extract

Method

  1. Melt butter.
  2. Put all dry ingredients in bowl.
  3. On slow speed, add nutex and then butter. Mix until blended - couple of minutes.
  4. Add milk (blend in) scrape well, mix 5 minutes on 3.
  5. On slow speed, add eggs.
  6. Scrape. Mix 15 minutes on 3 (high speed).
  7. Portion into greased cake pans.
To remove bubbles spin and tap on cake pan after filling with batter.

Baking instructions:
325' 2-2-2 for 9' rounds - portion with quart measure (makes 27)
400' 2-1-2 or 325' convection for sheet cave - portion with gallon measure.

NOTES : Full recipe makes 7 sheet cakes.
