Walnut Basil Sauce

1/2 cup                 Parsley
1/2 cup                 Basil  
1 tablespoon       Olive Oil
2 tablespoons     Balsamic Vinegar
1 tablespoon       Sugar
2 tablespoons     Chicken Broth
1 each                  Garlic -- minced
3 tablespoons     Walnuts -- FINELY chopped
To Taste              Freshly Ground Pepper

• COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN FOOD PROCESSOR OR BLENDER.

USE ON COD/HALIBUT OR HADDOCK
AFTER BROILING FISH COVER WITH ABOVE SAUCE AND BROIL ADDITIONAL 1-2
MINUTES
