Turnover Dough

Amount          Ingredient
2 c                     Flour
1 tsp                  salt
1 c                     unsalted butter
4 Tbsp              Cream cheese
4 Tbsp              Ice water

Method
Combine flour, salt, butter and cream cheese in bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade.
Process until coarse crumbs form.
With motor running, add ice water and process just a bit more to form a dough.
Turn out onto a floured work surface and press into a ball.
Divide dough in half, wrap tightly in plastic wrap, and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

NOTES : Great dough for Empanada's.
