Fiery Thai Salsa

Ingredient
cucumber -- peeled, seeded, dice
green onion
radish
fresh mint
fresh ginger root -- peeled and minced
lime juice
sugar
garlic -- minced
Sesame chili oil

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
  2. Season with salt.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until juicy, about 1 hour.
  4. Stir before serving.
  5. Serve cold.
*Either purchase or make Sesame chili oil in advance.
