Ingredient
soy sauce
water
sugar
ginger -- chopped
lemon juice -- fresh
black pepper
green onion -- sliced
clear gel

Method

  1. Cook all ingredients in kettle.
  2. Thicken with clear gel, strain and cool
NOTES : For marinade do not add clear gel
