Teriyaki Sauce

Amount 4 gallons  2 1/2 gallons  15 1/2 pounds  2 1/4 pounds  1 cup  1 tablespoon  2 1/4 pounds  1 1/8 pounds

Ingredient soy sauce water sugar ginger -- chopped lemon juice -- fresh black pepper green onion -- sliced clear gel

Method

1. Cook all ingredients in kettle.
2. Thicken with clear gel, strain and cool
