Ingredient
chicken breasts, split, cartilage removed, pounded to be uniform in size.
salt
paprika
basil
rosemary
pepper
olive oil
white wine
lemon juice
lime juice 
orange juice
small container banana yogurt

Method

  1. Combine seasonings sprinkle over chicken.
  2. Sauté 5 min each side
  3. add wine & juices, cover,
  4. simmer 15 min.
  5. Remove chicken to serving platter.
  6. Add yogurt to pan drippings.
  7. Cook over low heat 2 min, pour over chicken.
Sounds very strange, but it is yummy!
