
Sour Cream Dough
Ingredients

3 c all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
4 oz cold butter
1 ea egg
1 cup sour cream
Place dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt) in food processor.
Process quickly to combine.
Add butter, egg and sour cream. Pulse until well blended, but not soft.
Remove to floured surface and knead quickly until smooth.
Allow to rest, then roll out to 1/8 in. thick and cut into 6 in. squares.
