
Raspberry Linzer Tart
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb butter
1 1/2 lb sugar
10 ea eggs -- 1 lb.
3 ea yolks -- 2 oz.
14 oz cake flour
2 lb ground hazelnuts
1 3/4 oz cinnamon
1 lb cookie or cake crumbs
3/4 ea lemon zest
With Paddle:
Mix sugar and butter. Careful not to incorporate air.
Add eggs and yolks.
Add all dry ingredients.
Pipe into tart molds.
Fill with raspberry jam.
Pipe Lattice on top.
Bake at 350 degrees.
