
Red Clam Sauce
Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tsp garlic -- minced
1/2 cup green onion -- chopped
1 #10 tin tomatoes, crushed
1 1/2 cups white wine
1 1/2 cups clam juice
2 teaspoons oregano -- chopped
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
tt salt and white pepper
1) Sauté garlic and and onions in oil until translucent.
2) Combine rest of ingredients and simmer for 45 minutes.
3) Adjust seasoning.
