Pecan Pie Filling

Ingredient
sugar
flour
karo syrup
eggs
melted butter
bourbon

Method

  1. Mix all ingred. in 40 Qt. bowl with a whisk.
  2. Strain and chill.
Makes (1) 5gal. bucket +  a 5 # sour cream container.

Pie Assembly:

  1. Fill unbaked crust with chopped pecans and choc. chips.
  2. Fill crust with filling.
  3. Bake until set and golden brown.
  4. cool.
  5. Flip upside down and cut and put back into tin for service.
