AP flour
cornstarch
butter (soft)
egg
maple syrup
salt
water

Method

  1. Mix dry.
  2. Place in Hobart with paddle attachment.
  3. Mix in butter, 1st speed.
  4. Add eggs, maple syrup, water.
  5. Mix until just incorporated.
NOTES :
If over mixed, the dough will tend to souffle.
Also a great dough for Quiche.

Dough is less susceptible to moist products.
