
Basic Pasta Dough II
Ingredients

1 lb all-purpose flour
4 ea whole eggs
3 ea egg yolk
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Place dry ingredients in food processor and combine.
Add wet ingredients and combine.
Remove from processor and knead for 10 min.
Allow to rest before rolling and cutting.

NOTES : Heart Healthy: 2 lbs. flour, 1 tsp. salt, 14 egg whites, 2 Tbsp
Olive oil.
Semolina: The same except us 1/2 semolina and 1/2 flour.
Parmesan: 2 lbs. flour, 2 tsp. salt, 8 eggs, 4 Tbsp. oil, 12 oz.
parmesan cheese.
Sesame Pasta: 4 Tbsp. tahineh paste or use sesame oil instead of
olive oil, may need to moisten with additional egg.
