Ingredients

10 ounces Sugar, Powdered
1 1/2 cups Heavy Cream -- +/-
16 ounces Mascarpone Cheese

SOFTEN CREAM CHEESE WITH PADDLE ADD SUGAR AND CHEESE.

ADD ENOUGH CREAM TO MAKE CONSISTENCY OF PATE CHOUX.
