Hippen Batter

Ingredients

7 ea eggs
1 lb bread flour
1 lb confectioner's sugar
almond extract
vanilla extract

Mix in bowl with whisk.

Bake on silpat (silicon baking mat) at 325' (3-2-3).

Put Batter into a pitcher and pour and pour small circles onto Silpat.
Bake in oven until able to manipulate after removing from oven.
Remove and shape circles or other shapes right out of the oven.

Shape suggestions:
With round pours ... and bakes.
Pressed between two cups for a berry or mousse cup.
Shaped into a taco shell for a berry taco.

With Lines ... made on a Silpat with a comb:
twisted on a stick for high cookie accents for your desserts.

Note:  The final shaped cookie is susceptible to moisture ... so their shelf life is limited in humid areas.
