
Frangipane
Ingredients

7 lb almond flour
6 lb sugar
6 lb butter
1 gal eggs
3 lb cake flour -- sifted
vanilla
Whip the almond flour, sugar, and butter till light and fluffy.
Next alternate between the eggs and cake flour till all is combined.
Should be a light, fluffy, creamy mixture.
