
Flourless Chocolate Cake
Recipe

1 qt cream
8 oz butter
3 lb Peter's Chocolate (or your favorite)
20 ea eggs -- (1 qt + 1/3cup)
7 oz sugar
Make ganache with cream, butter and choc.
Make Sabayon with eggs and sugar, note: the fluffier and fuller the eggs,
the more height you will have on the actual terrine.
To Prep Terrine:
Spray tin, line with paper on bottom only, spray paper.
Bake at 300' conv. in water bath and check after 40 min.
