
Grilled Flatbread

5 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
3 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp white pepper
2 tsp sugar
1 c buttermilk
1 c warm water
2 tbsp olive oil
Combine all dry ingredients in food processor.
Combine all wet ingredients. Add to dry mix. Process until well blended.
Remove to floured metal surface. Knead until smooth. Cover with plastic
wrap and allow to rest before rolling out.
Portion into six even pieces. Roll out to large, thin circle. Brush with
olive oil and grill on both sides until dry but still flexible.
