Ingredient
shallot -- chopped
Italian parsley -- chopped
cornichon -- chopped
capers -- chopped
olive oil 
vinegar 
white pepper 
dijon mustard 
cooked egg -- chopped
tomato -- concasse

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients except, egg, tomato, and olive oil.
  2. Slowly whisk in the olive oil.
  3. Fold in any remaining ingredients and season.
