vegetable oil -- 1
flour -- 1
Seafood Stock -- 2
tomato sauce, can
green onion -- chopped
garlic clove -- minced
Italian parsley -- chopped
green bell pepper -- chopped
salt
bay leaves
thyme -- dry
lemon slices
cayenne pepper

Method

  1. Make brown roux with #1.
  2. Slowly add stock.
  3. Add tomato sauce and mix well.
  4. Add rest of ingredients, check seasonings and simmer for 15 - 20 minutes.
NOTES : keep only three days
