Coconut Rum Ice cream

Amount 2 1/2 gal  1 c  tt  2 qt

Ingredient Hagen Das Vanilla rum toasted coconut whipped cream

Method

1. Place the ice cream in the mixer at low speed and add the rum and coconut.
2. Next gently fold in the whipped cream.
3. Immediately portion, cover, and freeze.
