Nutex -- 2 1/2 qts. (Special Baking Shortening) cake flour baking soda coca powder cake flour baking powder milk powder sugar salt water eggs -- 3 quarts. vanilla |
Method
Baking:
Fill pans 1/2 full:
325 (1-1-2) for 9" cake
400 (2-1-2) for sheet cake
check after 40 minutes.
NOTES : The basis of the
method of this cake is similar to the mayonnaise
method. Care must be taken so as not to
break the emulsion by
adding too much liquid at a time.
