Ricotta cheese

Mascarpone cheese

powdered sugar
2 tsp
vanilla
1/4 tsp
cinnamon
2 oz
grated chocolate
2 ea
orange zest
Method
With the paddle, soften the mascarpone.
Careful not to "Break" it.
Add rest of ingredients and mix at slow
speed till just incorporated.
