Spicy Nut Salsa with Bleu Cheese

Amount         Ingredient
3 tbsp           hazelnut oil
4 tsp             dry mustard
2 tsp             allspice
1/2 c             hazelnuts -- coarsely chopped
1/2 c             pecan pieces
1/2 c             slivered almonds -- coarsely chopped
1 c                celery -- 1/4 dice
1 c                gorgonzola cheese
2 tbsp           honey

Procedure
1.  Heat first 3 ingredients in heavy large skillet over medium heat.
2.  Add nuts and sauté' until golden.
3.  Transfer to large bowl.
4.  Stir celery and honey into warm mixture.
5.  Add cheese.
6.  Season with salt and pepper.
