BBQ Sauce

Amount                Ingredient
6 #10 cans            tomato ketchup
2 #10 cans            tomato puree
15 1/2 pounds       onion, smoked -- chopped
3 tablespoons        mustard powder
4 1/2 pounds         horseradish -- fresh
6 each                   bay leaves
20 each                 garlic cloves
1 pint                    Worcestershire sauce
13 pounds             brown sugar
to taste                  salt and white pepper

Procedure
1.  Combine and simmer for hours.

Note:  Do not allow sauce to boil, it will cause a loss or flattening of the flavors.
