Easy 1-2-3 Cookie Dough

Sugar
2 pounds
Butter
3 pounds
Cake Flour
3 each
Eggs
To taste
Lemon Extract
To taste
Vanilla Extract

Method:

In a mixer, slowly combine the sugar, vanilla, lemon, and butter.

Next add the flour.
Once the flour is mixed in, add the eggs one at a time.
Slowly mix all ingredients until combined.
Note: It is important to mix the cookie dough slowly … any air incorporated into the dough will cause cookies to spread.
The finished dough can be either:
Rolled in parchment and frozen for future use. (and then sliced and baked)
Refrigerated, scooped, and baked.
Baking:

Bake in 325' Convection oven or 350' still (Conventional) oven.

Times will vary according to size of cookie baked.
