Link Culinaire ... which started in 1996 on the "World Wide Web" back
when internet speed was measured in "Bauds".
Since then ... so much has happened ... not only in the foods that we eat
and cook, but also in the way that the internet has exploded with
information.
Link Culinaire is still made my by working chefs ... and our web site
development might be slower than your average "Tech Guru", but we are
working to put together a real resource for the working chef.
We apologize for the "construction" screen ... but you know how it is ...
you are only as good as the mise en place that you have created.
